Book Bodie hotels

The owner of the hotel, Roxanne, is informative, friendly and out-going. She is a wealth of knowledge on the local community and offered great suggestions. Unbelievably she even asked if we had any discount cards or belonged to any groups looking to save us some money even after we agreed to pay the Hotels.com fee. She ended up saving us $20 -- unheard of in today's world. Kudos to Roxanne for truly out-standing customer service! We will go out of our way to stay at Walker River Lodge next time through the area.

Place is clean quiet great bar

I was arriving later than expected on a cold night. I called ahead to see if they would turn on the heater in my cabin. They did. :)

Such a quaot inn and easily the best property!

Not fance but very clean with a few upgraded items. I would stay again.

What an interesting place! This is an old hotel, moved from the nearby ghost town. There are a few rooms, each having their own charm. Everything was clean and worked, which is important in an older property. In the back of the upstairs, was a small kitchen with refrigerator and microwave and a coffee maker. There is a room with a tv downstairs. It's a cute, quirky little place. I really enjoyed my stay!
