When I was checking in, the price that was initially charged was $100 more than what I had booked online. I was told that the exaggerated pricing was what I had booked. It was only after I searched for my booking agreement that I was given the initial price I agreed to pay. It was a very stressful check-in!

For the amount of money we paid to stay during summer, one would expect something better. While the building is old, other things do not have to be subpar, for example, old mattresses, threadbare towels, not enough towels for the number of people staying in the room, inconsistent housekeeping. Save your money and stay somewhere else!

A little gem situated in the perfect area! Conveniently located and a short drive from downtown Charlottetown. Boutique like hotel rooms with all the amenities of a high end property and friendly staff that go out of their way to make your stay special. A special shout out to Donna and her kitchen staff that put on a wonderful breakfast every morning. Also thank you to front desk staff that kept the coffee going all night long. Okay, but expensive

Hotel is a bit dated and amenities are show it. Upkeep is good, however we had to switch rooms as the HVAC unit was not working well. It barely was cooling the room and making a low humming noise. The new room had a better HVAC unit, but still was struggling to keep up. Another downside was the price $500+ per night for a Holiday Inn. I guess it was high season, but still too expensive. I may stay here again if there was no other option.

Poor food options for breakfast for vegan or vegetarian people. The Fairfield by Bonvoy has better breakfasts and they are comparable hotels and they go out of their way to accommodate different tastes without incurring extra expenses.

I absolutely loved this hotel! We stayed here three nights with our two kids. The front desk staff was lovely, breakfast was great, the pool area was clean, and the hotel was quiet. Lots of dining options nearby you can drive to and a short drive to downtown. Don't expect to be walking distance to downtown though

Nice hotel

Our room was great,we asked for a extra bed (roll away cot) and they got us one right away. Kids enjoyed the pool and the included breakfast, it was good.
