Bercy luxury accommodation

Really lovely staff, great room, run by efficient and modern tech. Wonderful bed. Terrific breakfast. Great way to ease into flying home from CDG.

Very long queue for check in. Poorly ventilated room even though we turned heating down and kept the window open while awake. Thin walls so you hear other guests arriving late and leaving early. Bed was comfortable but the bathroom is a joke. Toilet facing a wall so close you will bang your knees. You have to hold the shower attachment if you want to wash anything above your waist. Holes in shower doors same height as shower head so wet floor with no bath mat. Mouldy fake window in bathroom dripping condensation next to toilet. The staff are great as is takeaway from the Italian opposite reception. Not worth the money we paid. Won’t use again.

We loved our stay. Rooms are spacious for a big city. Beds were comfy.

Apart from the renovation, the hotel is clean, room quiet, staff friendly, good price for location, centrally located close to multiple transportation options! Would recommend
