Great, comfortable room for three and very good VIP amenities (free drinks, appetizer). Efficient check in and check out. Only reason it is not 5 stars is because of lack of sound proofing on lower floor(s) and we didn’t have hot water in the evening—although it was there in the morning.

Everything was great from check in, the amenities, the play area for children, dinner and breakfast. The room was clean and comfortable. I have honestly never seen a television so large, especially in a hotel room ! The only complaint is the shuttle from the airport to the hotel. The directions from The Jangle were clear and the map was entertaining to watch, but the duration at which we had to wait was very long.

The room was great, lovely furniture, comfy bed and very clean. The staff at the hotel and at the restaurant was helpful and friendly. However it was so cold in the hotel lobby and the restaurant, we had to wear our coats everywhere we went. The water in the room was Cold too.

The room was clean, nice and close to the airport. The courtesy shuttle dropped us off at terminal 2A and said it is a 10 minute walk to terminal 2E. The walk actually took about 20-25 minutes. Should have just taken a taxi.
