2 night stay at a lovely hotel on the outskirts of Bath. Very attentive team who couldnt do enough. Dinner in the Cloisters restaurant was well prepared and presented.
We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The hospitality extended by the staff was as friendly as it was professional and absolutely deserves a special mentioning. We did not have a chance to dine at the hotel but the breakfast was wonderful. We will certainly be back when we return to Bath next.
Very pleasant 2 night stay. My wife and myself thought the staff very welcoming and could not do enough for you, Room very clean and really enjoyed the breakfast, Would definitely stay again.
Beautiful place in a lovely setting outside of central Bath. The place is so well kept. Obviously not a new building but everything looks new. Quiet and comfortable. We would stay again.

A lovely stay here. It was my mums 85th Birthday and they upgraded her room to a huge suite which she was most pleased with.
Very quiet hotel. Lovely bar and restaurant. 10 minutes by car into the city…Baths famous traffic didn’t really materialise for us which was also a relief.
A beautiful and elegant setting, super nice staff, excellent food. We felt very special for our anniversary! Chef even prepared a full breakfast bag for our early morning tour!
The hotel is located outside the city of Bath. It's about a 30 minute walk to the city centre, so we took a local bus. There is a bus stop in front of the hotel which is very convenient. Gems assisted us at check-in and printed out the bus schedule for us!! She was very pleasant as well as all the other staff. We were having dinner at the hotel, and she walked us to the dining room. Breakfast was delicious and made to order!! The grounds of the hotel are beautiful. There is a large car park available for those driving at no additional charge! Great stay!!

Building itself was lovely , however the room conditions were a bit dated.
The staff are fantastic, incredibly friendly and attentive. The rooms are very well kept with a nice modern decor. The bathroom was on the small side, but perfectly fit for purpose with good pressure and temp balance in the shower. One of the comfiest hotel beds I've ever slept on! The food, both for evening meals and the buffet breakfast, are top notch, especially the breakfast with a very wide range to choose from, including a cooked-to-order menu. The "gym" is small and somewhat lacking. Lacks the thrills of some nearby hotels, but for the price it's absolutely perfect for a one-night business stay.
Mostly the stay was extremely nice. The TV channels had a lot of interference and so we gave up. Breakfast was lovely and our welcome at reception was warm and friendly.
