"Expensive but worthwhile stay for the convenience of being at Lake Louise and not having to deal with shuttles or finding parking. The hotel is amazing, the room was comfortable (although quite small) and the restaurants on site were great."

"I would have rated this at a 5 if there was a box fan in the room. The fan that was provided did not help cool the room and I was too hot before going to bed which kept me up and then I was miserable the next day. Other locations without A/C in the Canadian Rockies had box fans. The rooms are blocked ..."
