My original room was horrible. Had a musty door. The walls were paper thin and could hear my neighbors as if they were in my room. Fortunately I was able to switch rooms to better accommodations. If you are given building 4 ask for another option.

The room was too hot when arrived and took a long time to cool down, needed to change rooms. Then in the new room the bathtub mat that sits on the bottom of the tub had mold underneath it. The bathtub was old and needed repair. The hotel did provide a small discount and apologized. The night maintenance man that helped us change rooms initially, was very kind and helpful.

Excellent staff - from front desk, to well run breakfast restaurant (excellent food too) every staff member we interacted with offered outstanding service. The place is nice, location is good but the customer service is what makes me rate it 10/10.

Upgraded to a nicely renovated room. Great gym and pool. Easy drive to the ski hill. Unfortunately Explorer's bar was closed for a private event the night we stayed but the staff directed us to other options nearby.
