Staff were friendly. Location is good with easy access to trains to the airport. Our room was also clean and well maintained.

Packed breakfast as organised as departure was 5am. Fire alarm came on just after midnight, and no advice was announced, to go back to sleep. A bit disturbing but too sleepy to climb down the fire stairs to find out if there was really a fire !

very helpful staff at cinnamon coffee house, who are friendly and courteous, take the time to explain and recommend Ala carte's local food as we were only looking for a 'light' dinner.

I cannot thank the staff at Hilton KL Sentral enough for their excellent service and help. I stayed there a couple times for my egg freezing trips. During my first stay, I lost one injection in the fridge. I called the hotel after realising I didn’t bring it back, Ida responded and found the med immediately. Then they kept it for me in a fridge and brought it to my room during my next visit (coordinated by Clift). Really appreciate the help 🙏

Spacious room, amenities well thought of. Central location

Room is spacious but empty. Bed is super single while sufficient but smaller as compared to hotels in this range. WC comes with bidet wash, which is a plus. Breakfast is ok, can be better.
