Be aware! Some suites only have a large soaking bathtub but mo shower! Had to have my room swapped upon arrival...kind of odd to not have a shower 😂 staff was accommodating and friendly. Room was spotless. Breakfast was just a grab and go style, very basic despite Expedia saying it's a top breakfast spot?

Both TVs in room and HVAC unit didn’t didn't work. Called to get fixed, they changed batteries in remote but didn’t fix. They did fix HVAC unit. Room was clean, staff polite and professional. Apparently it’s a new remodel. I do not like the master bath set up, it does have a tub but the shower is in a completely different room, also there’s a big glass window above the bathtub looking into the bedroom, should be covered or etching for privacy put in glass because when you’re in the bathroom or even on the toilet, you see straight into the room weirdest thing I’ve ever seen in all the hotels I’ve stayed in. Might as well be no wall.

Room was great but there was one problem. The bathroom doesn’t have wall mount shower head which makes body wash hard since that faucet that in the tub is so close to the tub wall

Of this place was very nice and clean and a great room and good price for a suite, I’ve upgraded to get the bathtub and it was very worthwhile. I highly recommend. I’d come back to this hotel and I enjoyed the hot tub. Many of the rooms are connected through an outside hallway so keep that in mind with booking if it’s super cold or hot.

A decent place to stay, great value. The linens and hotel overall was clean and well maintained except for some minor things I had a smooth visit and got a lot done. We stayed here after a backpacking trip so we ran out of clean clothes the laundry room was a lifesaver ! Clean and maintained. Although they don’t sell any detergent on the property so you have to go out and get some.The pool is cold which didn’t matter to us but we were disappointed with the hot tub and the lack of jets :( it’s hot at least! But no bubbles. It was quiet and comfortable.

Shower didn’t drain, and it ended up flooding the entire bathroom. Informed the front desk about the issue and nothing was done! Asked for extra towels since we had to use all the towels to dry the floor. The room smelled like urine. And they never cleaned the room when we were out!
