Time for a remodel!

Hotel had a strong cleaning fluid smell in the lobby. Staff very friendly. Very poor coffee and breakfast options. Pool very cold. No lock on balcony sliding door.

Enjoyed our stay. The room was comfortable, bed comfy, and quiet. Close to restaurants, easy on and off the fwy. It was too windy and cold to use the pool and jacuzzi. The water felt good, just too cold outside.

The area felt very unsafe. I was concerned about my vehicle while i slept. The bed was comfortable, room was fine. Coffee machibe in the lobby didnt actually work. They'd be better off paying someone to fill a thermous periodically than relying on a piece of garbage that brews brown water.

I never write bad reviews. The reviews on this property were lies, this place took paint and painted over dirt. 1. We were upgraded to a suite because they don't have an elevator so they had to move us downstairs. 2. Our room dead bolt did not work. 3. It's right on the freeway and you can hear it. 4. They only had a bath tub, no shower. 5. It's so loud and there is a 24 hour gym and we could hear them all night. There are cords hanging down around all appliances. The furniture was dirty. We did not sleep at all.

Glad we only had to stay one night. Felt like we were bothering the staff just by checking in. Room smelled funny, close to a great steakhouse though. Will not stay here again, breakfast had warm juices, pastries , and horrible coffee. I hate leaving negative reviews, but just want to make sure people don’t have high expectations

The staff at check in were not helpful. When I inquired where the room was I was told to go through the glass doors. I had to call about breakfast times and when I called to inquire about internet access, I was told "it is on the key card I gave you". Not helpful. However once I found the room, I was pleased. Very spacious, clean and very comfy bed. The pool and hot tub were sparkling clean. Even though the breakfast was sparce, it was delicious. Coffee, sparkling water and cookies were a nice touch upon check in. Lots of food options close. Even a Costco across the street for gas. Would I stay there again? Yes definitely.

Since I took their on my bathroom door, I had to lift in to close. I went to the front desk twice. I never got service for my room to get looked at my bathroom doors was still not able to close. We will never stay there again and I will not recommend breakfast was not too par. I’m not a meat either all they had was orange yogurt and bananas for a person didn’t care for it was experience I had in that hotel.
