Shower was terrible, water was going out on th floor and. Spray did not change anything. We did not shower the whole weekend.. carpet was in pretty bad condition. We were on the 4th floor. The good things were that the food was good, the bed was comfortable. Lobby was nice.

I was taking my luggage out of the car outside and was about to check in, but today it was in the parking lot. My bag was stolen. The hotel staff didn't help me at all. I told them to take a photo and give me the camera button. They didn't listen to me.

My cologne was stolen. I had not checked out yet and housekeeping went in to start cleaning as I went to put my bags on my bike and went back to grab my last items and the most expensive item was gone. My $215 cologne. I did inform front desk and nothing was done.
