Bad breakfast no confort

No garbage can anywhere in the room not even in the bathroom. No comforter or duvet just a couple of thin sheets. Gave us wheel chair room so no bathtub. Breakfast was terrible one on the worst ever had.

The property was under construction. I suspect the lobby will be beautiful once completed. Our room was fine for our one night stay. The buffet breakfast was wonderful. Lots of options. It is not obvious how to get to the hotel from the airport. It took us a while to figure out which train to take (it’s the one that goes to the parking garages!). The signs are not easy to follow. A shuttle driver, that we asked for help, confirmed that it was confusing to absolutely everyone! I don’t often order room service, but we arrived late to the hotel and we were hungry. There was a 5 euro surcharge on any item ordered for room service. That was half the cost of the item I wanted! I decided to go down to the restaurant and see if I could take something “to-go”. They wanted to charge me the surcharge for that as well. I talked them out of it, but why upset your guests with this type of cash grab. All-in-all it was a good but pricey stay close to the airport.
