This is not your typical “French snobbery” from an American traveler review. We’ve traveled to Paris and other parts of France often and have stayed at very nice places with very nice service.
As far as airport hotels go, this property is very nice, modern and spacious. Rooms are nice. Gym is adequate. Food quality is as good as most European breakfast buffets and lobby restaurants.
However, I must warn other travelers as well as provide feedback for improvement of the staff to management - the service from the staff was quite subpar. Communication was poor as it was improperly communicated on the times of the breakfast buffet, guests are ignored even while standing right in front of staff, and answers are short to the point where it felt they were bothered by the staff. This is not a French thing - other places have outstanding hospitality. What is management doing that employees are this indifferent and unattentive?
