The reason I gave only 3 stars… Pros - The room was nice, bed was comfortable, staff were great, breakfast was absolutely delicious. Cons - pillows hard as a rock, windows thin like paper and definitely did not like getting woken up at 5am both mornings to glass bottles being collected by recycling not cool!! Wasn’t told breakfast was included until I re-read my booking and I saw it was included and asked. VIP was not recognized and curtains let in light. Paid $1100 NZ $ so should have been a good comfortable sleep and that did not happen thanks to the recycling truck BOTH MORNINGS!!! We were on the floor 6!!! Shout out to the cooks and servers at breakfast, they prepared a wonderful and delicious breakfast and gave us awesome service. Thank you

Great value for the rather modest cost. Central location clean, well appointed rooms. Clearly, prior renovations to freshen up the hotel went to wear it was most needed-the rooms. The lobby was quite modest and unimpressive but that was a good sign in retrospect because the room and services were quite good and represented good value. Bathroom and shower amenities were good, Room and bed were very comfortable and clean. Really no complaints.

Room was great. Well laid out for a small space.Great location close to shopping, food, everything. Fantastic customer service from Kallim on front desk. And next day Rose and Dave in the restaurant gave standout service and communication when we got there and they were really busy. Definitely recommend and will stay again. The service from staff made our stay super enjoyable 😉

What a great surprise!!! This hotel is a little gem . Very modern rooms with excellent service. The expresso machine was great. We at the restaurant once and really liked the food. Location is excellent since all the bars, restaurants and boutiques are within walking distance. Best value so far on this trip

Room was big enough for what we needed. Very clean and spacious. Room offered disabled facilities which although good left water in the bathroom. Also require a code to access the cast facility to the tv which was not supplied. Unable to contact reception to get it.
