Definitely the "carnival cruise" of hotels. Dirty rooms, poor staffing, lines for everything. Yelling in the hallways all night. Do yourself a favor, stay elsewhere

The carpet in the rooms was dirty. It smelled like stale smoke. The pool was supposed to be open until 7 but the lifeguard rudely told the children they couldn't be in the pool at 645. The signs clearly said open until 7 and she insisted they were wrong. The food at the hash a go go was excellent. The beach in front of the hotel was nice. The beds in the room were comfy

I love the hotel and have been staying there for a few times . But this most recent has made me not wanna stay anymore. We stayed for 2 nights and no housekeeping staff cam to put towels in our room . We stayed on the Havana tower. We estates in the west tower last year towels were put in our room. Next I noticed long distance phone calls on my bill we never made long distance calls. I had to go all way to the front seat to dispute the calls . And they only wanted to refund one of the calls after I spoke with a Mayer all calls were deleted from the bill. I love this hotel and I always feel safe that the staff is clean and respectful but now I’m very disappointed.

I didn’t like the fact that during my 3 days stay, my room was not cleaned at all. Plus, I booked a room for three people but there was only 1 towel and one wash cloth in the room. I also felt some discrimination. I say this because not only myself but other visitors was complaining about how they was treated or “handled” on the West Tower of the casino.

On Wednesday August 13, 2025 we were in line waiting for the pool to open. At 3:30, after waiting in line with about 30 other people we learned the pool would not be opening. Someone had to call and yell at front desk for us to know this. Why no door sign?? Would have been helpful.

The bed was comfortable, but the bed frame is dangerous. Sharp corners and I kept bumping my toes on the side of the frame when getting into bed.

We stayed for 2 nights. Check in was slow but okay, our room was okay one of the mattress was lopsided and rugs had a lot of stains. 2nd day housekeeping never came. The last leaving with luggage the escalator stop working and had to climb up escalator with luggage. A nice man carried my back up for me.
