The Chelsea towers was broken down and full of smoke. It was not enjoyable. Mold and water stains in the room. Was not worth the money. Won’t stay here again

Comfy bed, shower pressure good, but could have been more hot water, clean room, friendly staff, access to good restaurants and nightlife. A few elevators and escalators were under repair & heavy smell of smoke in some areas but overall good experience.

Hello, There are obvious upgrades taking place, which is fine. The room did not have hot water, which means i could not take a shower. We spoke to other guests and they had similiar complaints.

I used to love the Trop. I havent been here in about 2 years and oh my has it got bad. I'm not usually one to write bad reviews but this was awful. Literally everything was bad. First of all ,the South Tower is garbage. Do not stay here. I had a Penthouse sweet and it was very bad, so I can only image how bad the other floors are. We were on the 20th floor. Stayed for only one night. At check in, we were charged an extra $189. i'm still waiting to hear why, because when we checked in, the checkin desk was closed and we had to use a kiosk to check in. which didint work after spending 5 minutes going through the menus. The second machine worked. Frustrating process. Room is very dated, furniture is very beat up, wallpaper is starting to peel, popcorn ceilings just look nasty, and windows were very dirty. Casino time. Filled ashtrays everywhere and empty drink cups and bottlers on every machine and table, it was so gross - and good luck finding a waitress for a drinkk, geesh. The dealeras at the tables were a clear representation of the decor - unpleasant, boring and just no care about the customer experience. On checkout, only one of the four elevators were working, so we had to WALK down 20 urine smelled fkights of stairs so we could check out on time. And to add insult to injury - we were hit with a $30 PARKING FEE!!! For a dilapidate grungy nasty parking garage. This place is the worst in AC, and thats saying alot.

The room was clean and well appointed. All staff interactions were pleasant and professional. Service at PF Chang’s was friendly and attentive. Cannot wait to return for another few days of relaxation.

Our room was clean and staff was friendly. Tropicana is a great place to hang out! There’s a lot to do with all of the bars, restaurants and shops. I would recommend staying in the Havana tower.

I booked a room for my birthday and I booked room assignment on check in the assignment was either a king or double bed on arrival I was asked what did I prefer , I prefer a double bed room over a king .at no extra cost . When I got there I was booked for a king bed but when I booked it was either or they rep said I can get a double bed but I would have to pay 25$ more but they have it available in the same section as the king size room. So I was very confused and upset to have to pay extra for a room I should have gotten base off they description.
