Excellent hotel . Rooms at the Havana Tower are clean, updated and comfortable with a great view of the ocean . Many restaurants to choose from within the facility and the resort has a vibrant, safe and fun atmosphere. I highly recommend the Tropicana !!

Our room was freezing and it couldn't be fixed. The room was so cold had to sleep in our hoodies. The next day we were able to switch rooms but without any compensation

Was a very good visit! We had not been there in a very long time. There was a lot of changes and that we understand because we hadn’t been there since right before Covid. However, everything was wonderful fresh clean a little confusing about the bar service at the machines. But also could not figure out why I got my bill that there was a charge for using the casino machines. I think it was like three dollars a day or something. It doesn’t seem like a lot when you’re not expecting it. It seems a little strange. That was never explained to me when I booked the room.

This was a great place for a weekend away. The staff was very helpful and the hotel, casino, and other amenities were great. Sue at lounge 10 was wonderful. It was a great experience and we would definitely stay here again.

Ive always liked staying here however we left a day early!! They put two 65 year olds as far away from the casino area as possible. Room was dirty and walk there was worse. Im very sad to say these things!!!
