We had to switch rooms due to a bleach smell outside the room which was then covered up in and out of the room with a terrible fragrance which made it unbearable to stay in the room. The front desk switched us to a different room down the hall which was better with the expecting that the bathroom sink would clog and water would not go down and the thermometer made a buzzing noise when you tried to fix the temperature. The bed and pillows were not comfortable. Seemed to be an older spring bed. View from the room was nice. Property needs updating. Was a bit disappointed. Not many foods options and the little store on the property closes early. There is an apple bees in walking distance for late night food which is where we went.

We were very disappointed that we were not informed of there not being a pool in the hotel until after we paid for the room. For breakfast there were only pork for the choices of meat. The room keys did not work and it was an inconvenience just to get into our hotel room.

The staff was friendly, and the location is great—just a short distance from the beach. But honestly, I regret choosing this hotel. The moment you walk into the lobby, there’s an unpleasant odor. The rooms are extremely outdated, with peeling wallpaper and worn fixtures. Worst of all, the “queen” beds are actually full-size. Definitely not worth the stay if you want to feel like you're on vacation.

Sheraton is my go to- safe place.. But this was our first time at the Atlantic City property. Overall, 10/10 experience! Staff automatically acknowledged my significant other’s birthday walking in, creating such a positive and peaceful atmosphere for us. The complimentary breakfast was his favorite. We appreciate the hospitality! -Especially to our front desk staff help; we are grateful and it was definitely a memorable stay. Will be returning soon, thank you again!!
