I dont know were to start i lost my wallet and my card to open the Door was in my wallet when I went down to ask for a new card.They asked me for my ID and I didn't have it.Which they did not let me back in the room When we first got there Our room was not cleaned.We ended up cleaning our own room the Refrigerator did not work and the front desk people are very rude I want a refund for my trip.I was only there for 1 day because i lost my wallet And they would not let me back in the room I was also charged a resort fee of almost $300 Whenever I booked my stay, there was nothing indicating that there was a resort fee.

My husband and I enjoyed the view from the Junior suite. The way the rooms were set up did cause us to hear a lot of noise from the room next door. Nevertheless, we enjoyed our stay!

The Room was dirty and the bathroom was dirty, the toilet was dirty in and outside. My view faced a wall, when I was told it has a decent view. Lots of noise throughout the night and the housekeepers couldn’t even get me clean towels. I will never stay at Ballys again. I’m very disappointed.

Overnight stay

Stayed overnight after meeting up with friends to watch college b-ball. Would have preferred auto check-in since only 3 computers were staffed at front desk, but only available kiosk did not work. Decor a bit outdated but that’s not a major issue for me. Room was clean & comfortable and overall my stay was peaceful & pleasant.

Had a good experience staying at Bally’s. There are different options to eat near by, the check in and out was quick and easy. The room was small but clean. Only issue was the refrigerator was loud and linking water and the when I took a shower the tube fulled with water

The hotel room was extremely old and dated. The carpet was very stained and the towels in the bathroom had holes in most of them. Definitely needs new carpeting and an updated bathroom.

Disappointing birthday weekend stay.

Our stay started off badly from the moment I tried calling to confirm the late check in and double bed I had requested. I must have called 20 times and kept getting transferred and hung up on. Arrived and was immediately even more frustrated because the check in agent was so unfriendly and not helpful. I was told I wasn’t getting a double bed but a king size bed even though I booked a double. Check in agent told me they would send up a spare bed. Our walk up to our room it became apparent we were in for a rough trip. The hallways, elevator, carpets and every fixture was old and dirty. Our room follow suit. It was old, smelly, dirty and not as described. Half the outlets didn’t work, there was dried blood on multiple surfaces. I repeatedly called the front desk to ask about a new room and was told they were booked. Accepting we were stuck in this nasty room it then took until after 1:30am and multiple phone calls and two trips downstairs to the front desk that they brought the spare bed up. None of us could sleep until then. House keeping never came once to clean the room. We did receive extra towels when asked. The restaurants were mediocre at best. The staff was unfriendly and unhelpful. I felt so grossed out by the room and the surroundings and the overall culture of the staff. I will absolutely never be returning and can’t believe the prices they charge for the awful quality you receive.
