My room had a view of the city. View was not bad, there was a peek a boo view of the ocean. The floor was nonsmoking but every time I left the room there was a strong smell of cigarettes. It was nice to be able to exit the casino and be right on the boardwalk. I will most likely try another hotel if I go back to Atlantic City.

Took 24hrs for staff to provide me a remote for the TV that worked. Spider webs all over room. Bottom of bed cover was extremely dirty like someone burned the sheets. This was first for me because I’ve stayed at Bally’s before and it was great service. This time horrible.

This property is terrible. We went to a wedding 20 minutes from this hotel and decided to stay here for 2 nights so we could gamble and attend the wedding. The casino floor is a terrible experience, and OMG the staff and service are the worst I have ever seen in my life.The staff here are depressed and pushy. They were practically harassing us for tips. The craps table staff are some of the worst I’ve ever seen! completely miserable, yelling at players just because they wanted to learn the game. This was by far the worst gambling experience of my life.The casino floor is dirty, full of people laying around asking for money. For the first time ever, I saw hustlers at the craps table, people trying to take advantage of players and steal their chips. There were three of them, and not one staff member did anything. Another player and I had to step in once we realized what was happening.Everything about this place was bad, from the moment we arrived until the minute we left. PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE. I’m not exaggerating. The saying “you get what you pay for” does not apply here, this place is terrible, unsafe, and full of scams. You’ll see it all over the casino floor. If you do stay here, keep your eyes open at all times and be extra careful in the bathrooms too, not just because of the staff, but because of the people hanging around.

Pleasant stay.

The check in&out front desk staff was friendly. The hotel room was clean, bed comfortable, but the decor was dated. They need to updated the room fixtures and the bathroom. The location was excellent.

The Hard Rock is and awesome hotel. Stayed there the first 2 nights at $97 and night. Then Friday and Saturday was $699 a night so I stayed at Ballys, which is an old, old ,old resort. I just took a broadwalk taxi to the Hard Rock both nights.

Hi! I was forced to pay 15 dollars to check in early to use the Spa. The receptionist was incredibly rude and when I asked her to pur me in the elevator she refused. I told tge receptionist tge next day and she sad I would have to call for the refund, as anyone can use the pool area as it is open. I have been calling and no is answering, i a going to have to call my credit card company.

First time at this hotel. Nice view. But . . . the staff does a very bad job of explaining where everything is. Four different staffers gave us wrong directions to the elevators, to the taxi/transportation exit, to the restaurants. Front desk suggested the Italian restaurant in the hotel... she didnt know that it isnt open every Mon thru Fri. No working phone on the room... could not be repaired (could only contact the front desk and maintainance by calling a main number and being transferred several times)... that phone issue must have been reported before by others. Needed to contact maintainence-- the air cond filter probably hadnt been changed in months-- filthy.
