The room was very clean but dated. Bally's should consider remodeling their rooms & increase the size of the Flat-screen to 50" from the 32" we had. Staff was very courteous & parking was excellent......🤗

Upon arrival they couldn’t locate our reservation. We were provided the incorrect room. The bathroom was not cleaned properly. It seems like they are short staffed everywhere, upon check in, upon receiving your rewards card, & even leaving the garage. Everything is extremely slow.

Expedia was no help there were homeless people walking around and security did not do anything. Had to leave early no refund from the hotel and expedia at all. The hotel was dirty the room was dirty tv didnt work and neither did the heat. Never usung expedia or going to Ballys ever again

Room was dirty and smelled musty. There was a late build up of dust on the vent in the room over one of the beds. The television did not work and the cabinet for the refrigerator was broken. There were stains on every part of the floor from the elevators into the rooms. This place needs a major clean.
