I was looking for a clean place to stay that was safe with a locked door. That is basically what I got. From check in, to getting a coffee and check out I had to wait in a huge lines. The check in/out kisoks were broken. Trying to leave the casino to catch a uber was very confusing and very unclear how to get out of the building. I also kept seeing ads for a restaurant in the casino, when i got to it it was clearly very closed (on a Saturday night). Bartenders at the carousal bar were very nice and the housekeeping lady who gave me a refresh on towels was a pleasure. This place could use a overall facelift for what they are charging.

We pulled up and decided there is no way we’re going to stay at this place. I went to the desk and after about 20 minutes, someone came out. We let them know that they were criminals and solicitation, if you know what I mean, at the drop off and inside the lobby. This place is awful awful. They won’t refund even the second night that I pre-paid for. Don’t be swayed by the beautiful photos, and unless you really want to risk your life, do not go there. Expedia asked me to contact the hotel for a refund and they won’t return an email or a phone call. Actually, no one picks up the phone so I can’t even leave a voice message.

Disaster stay. Gave us room keys to a room someone was in. Whole big thing opening the door to a room someone is in laying on the bed. Didn’t appreciate the front desk giving an attitude when we initially tried to get in room and key wouldn’t work. The key is fine. I wasn’t because we were suppose to be in another room. Still no call from supervisor

Great location on the boardwalk. Decent rooms in the Bally’s tower. Bed was lopsided which made sleeping very uncomfortable. Casino doesn’t have the “curb appeal” of others nearby. Don’t like paying for resort fees without having any amenities like a 24 hour real eatery, better dining and food options, no housekeeping…

A Nice Stay in AC

We were originally shown two rooms in the older tower of the hotel. The rooms were old and not in good condition, after talking with the front desk, we were moved to the newer tower where the rooms were much nicer. The facilities were adequate. The hotel was worth the price paid for the room.
