The stay at Ballys was much better than an experience we had last month at a neighboring hotel. The room was comfortable, the bathroom had a hair dryer, which I thought was standard, but sadly I found out it wasn't at the last hotel. The bed was quite comfortable as well, and the view, amazing. The areas for improvement, restaurant selection, don't get me wrong, I love meatballs, but something quick, late night would be great, like maybe a food court. Entertainment, something that we could just swing into and listen to live music or local comedians. Many of the competition have lounges and bars with live music on the daily. One last addition, a small store front for late night snacks or drinks, and the things you may have forgot to pack.

The room could’ve been cleaner. The table was filthy and the bathroom counter edging in the front wasn’t clean. I cleaned them with wipes. The staff was very nice, never did the breakfast because it wasn’t free it’s based on the price of your room, and I didn’t have a beach view in my room. A microwave would’ve been nice to reheat leftovers but we didn’t have one
