Roaches in my "renovated"Junior Suite!! Baby roaches at that. I tried not to make a big deal out of it after I spotted the first 2. But then, I started seeing more! In the room, in the fridge, in the bathroom, in the shower, even one on the bed headboard! I go to the front desk the next morning (I couldnt sleep) to request a room change. The lady didnt seem surprised by my sightings but she seemed like she was trying to shame me for not requesting a new room sooner. I get to the 2nd room and im just walking around with my bag inspecting everything. I still didnt feel comfortable so I ended up checking out 2 days early. A different woman was at the front desk and again, she also didnt seem surprised by my experience. Bally's has always been my fave hotel but my last 3 visits have been unpleasant. There was absolutely no urgency or apologies from staff regarding this issue nor my previous issues. I have still not been reimbursed and I will not be returning...

Room was clean, only a few restaurants were open for the season. Saw an older man doing the "dope feen lean" in the casino. Expected the casino to be bigger with more slots. Also, staff were nice however i felt rushed with most staff encounters

Needs a serious upgrade. Not enough outlets in our room and when I looked under the bed to see if our lamp was even plugged in since it didn’t work, I was disgusted with how dirty it was. Never got our trash emptied or fresh towels, never even saw housekeeping until they knocked on our door 2 hours before checkout to see if we were out yet.

Avoid!

The smoke smell is so overwhelming that our entire party was sick for the duration of our stay. Out of 7 showers in 3 days, there was warm water once. Never hot. We were overcharged at check in and told very rudely to take it up with hotels.com. We were overcharged for parking. Hotels.com refused to honor the price of our reservation when we "took it up" with them. The area surrounding the hotel felt very unsafe and reeks of pot smoke everywhere. Garbage on the beach. Most restaurants in the hotel closed on a Friday night!
