The people of front desk is very rude, and don't give me answers. They never answered the phone when I was calling for the question of cleaning the room. I put the garbage out my room every single day. I have to look ln the mornings for the housekeeper and she give me clean towels

Ballys has been our go to for years. This a first summer vacay there. We've always went in the winter. We were in the dennis tower. Every time we are in the Dennis tower is a disappointment. But the price was right. It has a horrible smell in that whole tower. The bed had a huge dent in the middle, so that made it uncomfortable sleeping with someone else in the bed. The other bed was comfortable. The tub was big. I think that was my favorite part and we had a side view of the ocean! But by the end of the trip every single one of else felt like crap. It felt like we were breathing in unhealthy air. If you choose Ballys stay in the Ballys Tower. Never disappointed there. Staff was friendly. Love the location.

The place isn't grand, but it's perfect for a few days of relaxation. The location is perfect, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, but the bathroom could be cleaned better. The room service is very good, and the staff is very friendly. Overall, I recommend it.
