The security staff were more concerned with the path my family and i took to get to the boardwalk (which was the designated path by the way) than taking care of the homeless beggars that kept coming INTO the hotel and asking us for money. The bathroom in our room was dirty upon checking in- hair in the sink, on the floor and the shower doors were covered in a film. When we went to use the towels, there was one with hair on in and another with a brown stain in the middle. All the towels were white, so these things were clearly obvious prior to use. Overall, for the cost, I would not stay here again. I will find another hotel if I choose to visit Atlantic City again.

It was ok. Coffee machine was disgustingly dirty. Came out with clumps of dirt in the water. Shower didn’t work well. Every time you flushed the toilet or washed your hands, there was a gurgling noise coming from the shower area. No one came to clean while we were out.

I was quite disappointed. The main area was quite modern and visually pleasing. However, the rooms was quite disheartening. Extremely uncleaned, bed wasn’t made professionally, little tea kettle things was dirty as if it wasn’t rinsed and washed, inside the refrigerator hadn’t been wiped down. Dressers were broken and peeling, lamp and bathroom was rusted. The tub needs to be redone and silicone needs to be redone. I felt like it was a complete waste. Thankfully, I came with sheets, sanitizer, cleaning products so I can wipe down. The pillows and the mattress had a big dent. I was disappointed and it was a waste of my money. They could’ve really done better!!

We didn’t know when we checked in that they do not clean/service the rooms everyday. I was ok with it but would have appreciated if we were notified at check in or by sign in the room. Everything else was very satisfying about the property.
