Very nice establishment

First time staying at Hard Rock and it was a very nice place. Staff was friendly and helpful with all the questions I asked. I stayed in a smoke free room, which did not smell like smoke and was very clean. The only thing confusing was the check-in lines with the different signs.

We had the first room with noisy neighbors, we got a new one we still have the same problem, unfortunately. Why doesn’t the hotel have charges for electric cars ?very inconvenient.

It was ok

They put us near the ice machine area and we always heard a noise throughout the night which kind of sucks. Also we were instructed that check in was at 4pm. They said it was 5pm. That’s insane. So our room wasn’t ready at 4 PM so we went up to the pool to kill some time and of course the pool was closed because there was an accident prior. The pool finally opened which was nice. Warm. Clean. The room itself was decent. View was nice. Fresh harvest buffet was good.
