I took my grandmother for a concert and gambling. She is an old timer who loves casinos. She was loyal to ballys for years but lady 2 trips were really bad experiences she agreed to change. My grandmother has the best time! Very impressed by the dining, appearance, gaming and she loved the show! Also she is a smoker and I am not. Hard rock has had the best smoking rooms i have seen by far! There was no odd smell. They were just as up to date and beautiful as some non smoking rooms, and hardly saw a difference. We will absolutely be back!

A Beautiful Hotel right on the boardwalk! The rooms are spacious, clean and quiet. The staff was friendly, courteous & professional. The hotel is huge and you should keep an eye out for the directional signs or you will be walking around for hours! Plenty of food place choices. I would recommend the Hard Rock hotel to anyone visiting Atlantic City

Very nice staff, polite and happy to help - from valet to checking in to wait staff, every single person was kind and helpful. Also beautiful rooms with floor to ceiling windows (North tower). Only critique is the signage around the casino could be more helpful with finding your way around.

The hotel overall was great, however the north tower is very inconvenient to get too. In addition the room carpet was gross and the shower was dirty. For what is charged you don’t expect to have mold in the grout and stains on the carpet.
