Quick Getaway Approved!!

My husband and I stayed her for a few nights during the week. We stayed in the Bayview Suite which far exceeded our expectations. This suite features 2 bathrooms, large seperate living area with TV, dual vanity sinks, and a huge jacuzzi tub. Bedroom is huge and has its own TV, closet and access to 2nd bathroom! Great restaurants right from the guest elevators. Just book it.

Never Again

Long line at checkin, got keys to a room in the Coastal Tower, opened the door, people were in the room. Back to registration, got keys to a room in the Bay Tower. Got to the door, keys don't work. Left my husband at the door b/c he has a bad knee and got assigned another room next to the one in the Bay Tower. Mgr came with me. She let us in. Missed cocktails with our friends. Was told to grab a taxi at the front entrance. Got to the front entrance, valet said have to get taxi on the opposite side by Coastal Tower. Walk to Coastal Tower, my driver was at the main entrance where he always picks up passengers. Showed up late for dinner. Got back to the hotel after dinner to gamble, go upstainrs, keys don't work. Go back down got new keys. No water in the room. Went down to get water, came up, husband was sleeping and keys didn't work. Went back to front desk to get new keys.

Always bet on Harrahs!

I always enjoy my stay at Harrahs in Atlantic City. It's clean, comfortable and has a great atmosphere. There is a nice selection of eateries and shops there as well. The rooms are very nice. And the softness of the beds and pillows... AWESOME.

When we went into the room it was clean, however there was a smell of cigarettes which did disappear once the ac was turned on. Later that night when we returned to the room we were hit with a wall of the worst stench of heavy marijuana. I called the front desk no one answered I turned the ac back on and the smell lingered for about 15 mins. That’s my only complaint other than that the room was clean all around.
