upon check out the reception was horrible she was on a personal call and i approached the desk and she ignored me and kept talking on her personal callshe didn’t even acknowledge me and made we wait for 7 mins until i decided to go to quick check out kiosk desk . i would not come back because of the service upon arrival and most upon checking out . you should not have unhappy people in the front desk , this was at 10am on monday sept 29 , at the regular check in: checkout line !! horrible attitude ! is said that you gave someone greeting at check in and checkout that are not friendly

The hot water in my room came and went. The light was out. The phone didn’t work. I requested late check out at the front desk which was confirmed. The next day a staff kept knocking on the door. When I told her I set up late check out she said she checked the system this morning and didn’t see late check out so I should call the front desk to figure it out. She came off rude in my opinion.

If you are planning to go with your family .. this is not the right place ,if you are planning to use the family pool as an amenity please arrange other plans,if you bring PETS ,Pleas be advice that the tower for dogs IS TOTALLY OUTDATED.
