My stay not pleasant had to ask everyday for basic riom amenities and would arrive next day at night.never got room clean for house keeping which i asked every day never did.managers never follow up on anything so disappointing. No one was making sure your complain was met.so to check in only 1 staff on duty how crazy was that.lines were so long but nothing u could do cause nobody cared.could b much better on hospitality cause rooms were cost.so disappointing for my first visit restaurants were great food nice staff.casino was great but front office need more service and could never talk to anyone on the phone for assistance always had to jump on long lines.need more staff in fromt office and stop having people keep texting a robot cause nothing is gonna get resolved. Stayed 5 days and was not excited. But thats my experience.
