No entiendo como uno paga un servicio de 450 dollar y para usar la piscina hay que pagar para entrar y no se puede entrar nada a la piscina un servicio muy mal y otra cosa la piscina abre a la 10 am y cierra a la 6 pm.

Extremely dirty room, mold all over shower, hair all over the carpet from the previous guest. Called housekeeping and when they came, they only brought new towels and remade the bed. They did not vacuum the hair. Thank God it was only for one night.

Room is good, decent and clean but the shower is extremely terrible. A decent shower that shouldn’t take more than five minutes, takes about thirty minutes, probably due to the shower head and or the water pressure. You how water comes out of a water bottle when poke a few holes and squeeze it, just like that. Wi-Fi service is terribly horrible. My entire five day four night I was only able to connect to the WiFi less than 24 hours and it took me over 20 minutes on the phone to get connected. You leave the facility and come back, you have to through the entire process again. Why not issue a one time code that’s included in the package for the entire stay?

I loved how big the casino was and that it stayed open all nught with free drinks if you're playing. I alos loved the proximity to the airport. However, we booked the Coastal Tower and were told we were getting an upgraded bigger room. I'm thinking, this is nice because we had a lot of delays with flights that day and things were looking up for us. We were celebrating my husband birthday. They gave us the Waterfront Tower (handicap accessible room). Opened the door and smelled like urine. The headboard, tables and lamps were dusty as if no one was in the room for awhile and no one bothered to clean. Good thing I always bring Clorox wipes. My husband and just went through and wiped everything down in the room and bathroom and sprayed 2 travel size can of lysol in there with some cologne and it was better. The hallways by the elevators were dirty the entire time. No one cleaned. We saw a cigarette bud that sat in the corner along with stained floors the whole weekend.

Excellent customer service they went way beyond my expectations. When me and my husband arrived we were treated with friendly welcoming customer service. We had a problem with our room when arrived for an special occasion. It was fixed promptly without hesitation. I would recommend this hotel Harrah to anyone looking for excellent customer service.

We checked in and they gave us a room in the Laguna tower 4th floor. Stepped off the elevator to what smelled very mildew the floors were run down and no carpet The room looked like a motel 6. Beyond gross. Then they move us to the waterfront tower and only after we wake the next morning we find the comforter l, the blanket in between the two sheets has some blood of chocolate stain. Beyond nasty
