THIS HOTEL WAS AMAZING , i got a studio room for 3 days / 2 nights and it was spectacular! staff is so friendly margarita helped me so much i appreciate her i will be booking again and again oh did i mention my VIEW ?! AMAZING

Atlantic palace is a great property right on the boardwalk. My room had a tremendous view of the ocean casinos are in walking distance. My only complaint is I was told the refund of your security deposit takes 10 business days before it's refunded to you in my opinion that's unacceptable.

Its a usual Jersey shore hotel... a little dated, not exactly the cleanest, but also not terribly dirty. Beware, the parking garage is extremely tight.. dont expect to bring a full sized pickup, it wont fit!! Elevators are also slow and often have lines, 3 elevators for this building are not enough. Its a solid stay, good location and views, but the property could certainly be better kept and updated.

The check in process is complicated - leave car and get a parking pass, go park car in crazy tight parking garage that has no elevator. Trudge all your things down 4 flights of stars and then go check in. After you get the list of rules - you then wait forever for an elevator. Room was clean enough, but sofa duct taped together left me wishing we stayed somewhere else. Bathroom light was temperamental at best. Huge bathtub that did not appear very clean so we chose not to touch it - can’t imagine an older person being able to get in and out without difficulty. Surprised it had such high recommendations

Amazing view from our room. Kitchen was great for quick dinner/breakfast during our stay. Staffs at front desk, lobby, parking/garage and pool were all nice and friendly. It was our first time staying here and would love to come back! Cons - parking garage has no elevator and not connected to the hotel so you have to walk and carry your stuff all the way to1st floor to the lobby. Or ask for bell service to carry. It wasn’t a big problem for us since we had a beach wagon and parked pretty close to the exit. Also it’s not a big resort so there’s not much inside and you have to walk at least 10 mins to other big hotels for dining and entertainment. Last, the elevator is kinda slow and especially around check out time, be prepared for long wait.

This was a very good option in the middle of the Atlantic City boardwalk, especially for the price. Unexpectedly, I had a good size 15th floor ocean view suite. A minor issue with one of the staff members was corrected immediately and professionally by Mr. Oliveira, the general manager. I will stay here again.

Parking lot had no elevator very dark at night, not enough lighting! Club across the street, cops was out there, rooms was alright, upgrade the furniture, wouldn't stay there again!!

I thought it was crazy that I had to pay extra for parking and that we were responsible for cleaning the dishes with a penalty if not done. We were also missing a coffee pot. Receptionist was Curt when explaining and cut me off mid sentence. When I asked why it was extra. The room was clean. Extra pillows had hair all over them. The view was great.

The good: The hotel offers spectacular views of the boardwalk and ocean from its large windows. We were pleased with the location right on the beach. It is centrally located. The kitchen gave us an opportunity to prepare our own meals. Parking was a breeze. The staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. The bad: No option to rinse off before entering the pool. I saw several people with sandy feet get right in. Seems like the pool isn’t cleaned throughout the day. We stayed in room 804. Housekeeping neglected to clean the shower before our arrival. There were several strands of long blonde hair (not ours) stuck on the shower wall as a reminder. It was gross but we checked in after 10pm and were too tired to complain. I would definitely stay at the property again as the good greatly outweighed the bad.
