The parking lot was full with cars and had to walk after the pin for parking. Also, the air conditioning wasn’t working properly and I have to give props to the young ladies that worked the front desk. They went out of their way to make things comfortable for me and my fiancé

The dining experience wasn’t great. There is a bar in the lobby that sells food but I was told they sell food early in the day and I was not able to order food. I checked in at 8 pm on a Friday night and to be told that is ridiculous.

Everything was great but the air conditioning apparently up to par with the building. I should have known while i was checking in a customer complaining about their air after it had been fixed. Eating breakfast was very stuffy because of air flow. Other then that it was great in every other way.

Close to the boardwalk with excellent staff

Great experience during our trip, walking distance to the boardwalk at a fraction of the cost of the casino hotels. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and exceptionally helpful. Amber at the front desk was cheerful and welcoming. Chuck from maintenance was amazing! Our AC wasn't cooling well and he was there within 5 minutes of the call and had the problem taken care of in less than 30 minutes of the call. Very impressed with the staff and would stay here again if we're in the area again.
