I’ve stayed here many times and this was the first time that I’ve had a poor experience. Hotels aren’t cheap so it’s frustrating to pay for hotels and their utilities not work. During our stay, there was no hot water at all so my family, including 3 year old son had to take cold showers, the ice machines didn’t work, our room wasn’t cleaned everyday so we had to nag for towels and such, and the breakfast was subpar - they made breakfast burritos one morning and the inside was still ice cold. Again, I usually have very positive things to say about my experience at this hotel but my last stay was not good.

Offensive behaviour of staff

Waiting for breakfast for 1.5 hrs! Asked 3 times what we wanted and chased up tons but nothing my son was absued by sone woman who swore at him - hes 14! Not an experience id like to repeat! Do not stay here if you have kids its not good.

This hotel was clean, our room was spacious, a short walk down to the beach & boardwalk. The breakfast menu was very small & didn't have several of the items available the day we ate there. We were informed early of the day we arrived that they were having issues with the hot water system & would refund our money if we didn't want to stay there. We thought that after our 7 hour day to Atlantic City they surely would have had the issued fixed. We stayed 2 days there & the problem wasn't fixed. The only ice machine was also broken. We were given free parking, but that was the only compensation we were given.

We stayed for 2 nights to see a concert at Hard Rock - the hotel room could have been a bit cleaner (hair in the tub) overall just a bit run down - the area to get breakfast was weird - you had to order & then they made it for you - took forever to find someone to take our order & then they gave 1/2 of it to another table - seemed like the young lady did not want to be there - the energy was depressing

This hotel had hot water outage and informed us on the day before check in. The outage was in place for a week and they only compensated 50 dollars and free cancellation. Finding another hotel was very difficult and the surrounding hotels were sold out. The manager who was on duty on August 1st evening was very rude and selfish

There was no hot water. The air conditioning in room was not functioning properly. The breakfast option was not what was expected. General hotel condition looks nothing like images on Expedia. Staff did the best they could.
