Villa Riviera was such a lovely place for our stay. The hosts accommodated so well and were available for any questions or additions that we may have needed. The Villa itself was outstanding and in a beautiful location not far from the beach and all the restaurants. Perfect walking distance from the main Armacao de Pera seafront. Couldn’t have asked for a better host/accommodation for our trip.Rooms were clean, pool maintenance once a week and the cleaning team were there on a Sunday should you require new linens. Slight wear and tear/signs of damage in the games room but this was to be expected. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. Whether that be with friends or family. Algarve Vacations Olivia was so friendly and assisted us through the booking process.

Spacious apartment. All the extras ( heated pool and jacuzzi , additional bed) present on arrival. Good facilities. Easy to walk to the beach and town. A great holiday for all the family (7 adults and 5 children.

Excellent staff and comfortable

Friends and family joined me at this lovely villa for two weeks to celebrate a special birthday. I was so happy when we arrived. The location is perfect. The photos on the website were accurate. And more importantly the write up of the villa was spot on. We were able to walk to the beach (about 10-15 minutes) and many restaurants. Armação de Pera is very centrally located in the Algarve for day trips. The villa is very nice and well appointed. The kitchen was well supplied with dishes, glassware, cups, coffee maker, electric kettle, and numerous cooking pots and pans. Since the Villa can accommodate up to 20 people, there are two refrigerators and adequate seating. The pool area was fantastic and we spent quite a bit of time outdoors there. I would recommend paying to heat the pool. All in all this was a fantastic place. I highly recommend it for groups. Communications with Algarve Vacations was excellent. I would definitely use them again.

We had a lovely stay in a super clean apartment across from the beach with bars and restaurants nearby. The kitchen had every utensil, pots and pans for anyone wishing to cook. Can't fault the property at all.
