Villa Riviera, a house with stunning sea views, is located in Armação de Pêra, just 650m from the best beaches in the Algarve. This modern property, built to the highest quality standards, offers maximum comfort and is close to restaurants and supermarkets, making it the perfect location for families and friends.



With 7 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, the villa accommodates up to 18 + 8 people. The layout includes 3 double-bed rooms, 2 with 2 single beds, and 2 with 2 bunk beds. The remaining 8 people will be accommodated in folding beds and sofa beds.



Common areas are spacious, including a living/dining room and a fully equipped kitchen. The villa also offers a games room with a snooker table, table football, and table tennis for entertainment during summer days.



The property is eco-friendly, with energy-saving electrical systems and efficient air conditioning. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the house. Outdoors, the private pool (heatable as an extra) and 2 XL Jacuzzis (extras) ensure total relaxation. There is also a barbecue area with modern furniture for outdoor dining.



Car rental is not necessary, but if you prefer, we’re happy to assist with booking upon request. We can also help arrange transfers if needed.



If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not match the property's changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if your dates can be accommodated.



Pool heating is always an added value for your holiday, especially when traveling with children. When the pool heating is activated, the water temperature will always be 5ºC to 8ºC higher than it would be without heating.



The changeover day for this property is Sunday (however, there may be flexibility in low season). 



Group deposit: € 300 per guest (payment by credit/debit card).



Please note that the occupancy for this property is 18 guests.

From the 19th to the 26th guest, an additional fee will be charged, which includes additional beds.
