The Villa Copacabana is a modern and bright property, ideal for family holidays, with spacious and comfortable interiors. It perfectly combines tranquillity, convenience and fun, offering the ideal setting for unforgettable moments.



The living and dining room, on the ground floor, offers a welcoming and functional environment, perfect for family moments or time with friends. On this floor, there is also a twin bedroom, a bathroom, as well as a games room with snooker, table football and a gaming machine.



On the first floor, there are three bedrooms, two with double beds and en-suite bathrooms, and one twin room. All rooms on this floor have access to a balcony with a view of the exterior area, with one of the rooms also having direct access to the roof terrace, where there is a pleasant outdoor seating area, ideal for relaxing at the end of the day.



The kitchen, in an open-plan concept, is fully equipped and connects to the exterior area of the house.



On the outside, the heated swimming pool (additional cost), the jacuzzi (additional cost), the barbecue and the outdoor dining area provide excellent moments of leisure and socialising.



Located in Armação de Pêra, just 600 metres from the beach and a short distance from shops, restaurants and bars.
