Initial rooms lock was broken and despite new key and change of batteries in lock and we had to move rooms from 210. Next room 212 the tv remote didn’t work so could t change channels on tv or turn if off so had to use power point. Poor maintenance management to ensure rooms are fully functioning for guests.
However I have to say that the receptionist went over and above anything I would have expected. She offered another room move but we had packed and unpacked x2 already and we’re not keen to move again. She was very professional, excellent communications, polite and I would have to say if she worked for me she stands out as an exemplary employee. A big shout out of thanks to everything she did.
