There is not good signage or light on entry and lots of stairs. Old doors and old keys are sometimes difficult to manage. Restaurant has limited staff and menu items and hours.

Great location and customer service

Customer service: excellent Cleanness: excellent The location is very convenient. It’s 10 minutes from the train station in car. The hotel is just next to the entrance of the muralla and 3 minutes walk to the Puerta de Bisagra. We didn’t book a tour or had a car. Ubers and Cabify dont serve that zone but the hotel staff call you a taxi and it gets there in less than 5 minutes. They called us a taxi for el Mirador del Valle and to the train station.

It's a lovely environment. Our room 305 had a view of the old town and beyond with a small balcony and enormous bed. My partner was less keen on the open plan bathroom but the shower was excellent.

Fabulous darling

Fabulous hotel. We had room 208, which apparently is the best room. Fantastically huge comfy bed. Superb shower, good size lounge and such a lovely patio, with a fantastic view to mountains and over roof tops to the church. If your english and love tea, as i do, there is a fridge in the room and you can ask for milk from the reception 😉 Looked at the menu to have dinner there but didnt suit for us and was a tad on the expensive side. Unfortunately we were there for one night only but would have loved longer. Highly recommend!!!

The property and location are outstanding. With the exception of a glitch with parking issues, the staff is very good. Our room was clean and nicely done, But the Functionality leaves a little to be desired. The only subpar Experience was the continental breakfast. Overall, a positive experience.
