Complimentary breakfast great. Staff cordial and helpful totally. Spa services and nearby health club access was superb. The condition of the property at least the actual garden room where I stayed could use some updating. There was a bit of an stagnant smell and the walls could use some spackling or something. The toilet seat should just be replaced as it was pretty badly scratched up possibly from harsh cleaning stuff. I always bring my own sanitizing wipes and it was way cleaner to say the least when I wiped it down. I was least impressed with the cleanliness as there was hair on the floor and some towels. I would still come back for the spa and location. Would try a different room though.

This place is in a good location. Walk to everything. It was VERY Clean. Parking garage parking was very clean. Coffee in lobby 24/7. Mini toiletries provided (Shampoo, conditioner, shower cap, body lotion, makeup wipes. Mini frig & microwave in rooms. Mini coffee maker as well but just go to the lobby to get the coffee, its better. I would DEF stay here again.

Yes everything was fine. From the room great size to the parking easy to get into and out of. Staff is great.

The property, including common areas and the room, were spotless. The staff were super friendly and eager to help guests with all of their needs. Breakfast was a large spread of continental options, plus hot eggs, breakfast meats, and french toast and hash browns. It was delicious and the staff kept it full, even with the hotel being sold out that weekend. The room was great, with a king bed and queen pullout in the separate living room space which doubled as a sectional. We didn't need the kitchenette thia trip, but tons of functionality if you do, plus a huge countertop island to work at or enjoy a meal. We also didn't visit the pool, but lots of people did and it looked clean and well kept even with a lot of use. There's even a little outdoor space with a firepit, grills, seating for maybe 10, etc. Overall, great proptery and super convenient to Lewes and Rehoboth.

The property is really good for kids and adults. Arcade, warm pool, hot tub, ice skating, sauna and snack area. The only thing needs upgrading is the couch in the rooms, really worn.

The room was very relaxing, side view ocean scenery was beautiful, sun up to sun down. Wasn’t much kitchen appliance at the hand of things I needed. But I made it work.
