Hotel lindo e muito confortável. A localização é ótima pois fica ao lado do centro de convencoes c estação de metro e tram a poucos metros p deslocar ate o centrinho c poucas estacoes. Varios bares restaurantes e mercado tb proximos. Staff do hotel extremamente educado gentil e simpaticos. Maquina nespresso no quarto e frigobar.

Staff could have been more helpful and attentive. I was attending a trade show and it was exceptionally busy due it to being so close to RAI but all staff were unphased and delivered such consistent high standard service. We didn’t have breakfast / dinner in the hotel but did go to the rooftop cocktail bar.
