The check-in process was bad as we have to wait in line for almost 40 minutes. There was not enough staff (only three at the front desk) and there was a big group that arrived right before we did. The staff tried to make it up by offering a beverage to us waiting in line. The hotel's facilities are okay for the price point.
It is a bit far from Amsterdam's centers so not as convenient as we would've preferred but it was the best option for us booking so close to our arrival date. There is a metro station just across the street which makes traveling to the center a bit easier but trains stop running after midnight and you'll have to take a bus and walk a bit or take an Uber if you stay in town past midnight.
Breakfast is all you can eat buffet but a bit pricey (over 30 euros) so we only ate at the hotel twice.
