Staff very friendly. Extra special was we were allowed early check-in after disembarking cruise boat. Loved the spacious room and bath and great breakfast buffet. Dinner choices are rather limited. It’s a great location, short walk to central train station and Dam Square. Only criticism is that lighting in the room is very poor.

Outstanding facility. Very clean. Very modern. Big room. Comfort beds. About 8 minutes walk to central train station (shortcut via the bridge). Four highly rated restaurants just outside the building. Best hotel in the city center.

Room was big and clean, food was excellent. Perfect location, only 10 mins walk from shops and stuff but hotel area very peaceful and safe. If I had to find a flaw the only thing that comes to mind is they ran out of strawberry jam at breakfast, a common problem I find in most hotels😁
