Absolutely wonderful

We made a last-minute reservation at this hotel, as our previous hotel was a disaster and had no air conditioning. It must have been meant to be because this hotel was absolutely wonderful. The location was wonderful. The staff were wonderful and when we open the window in the morning our river cruise ship was right there.

This was our 2nd time staying at this hotel since we had such a positive experience the first time around. It’s located in an excellent location, very walkable, and the staff are very nice and helpful. The rooms are quiet and modern with great views. Beds are comfortable. The bathroom is small. The staff left nice welcoming touches in our room to acknowledge we are returning guests, which was a great touch!

Great hotel, with excellent location. Well staffed front desk to handle high volume of guests. I would recommend being out of the 8th floor or higher, because our room on the 4th floor had a view of the marina and not a city view

The hotel room is big given it is a suite. However, there is no view unfortunately. The room is closely facing another building which means you can't quite leave your curtain undrawn. The location is quite a distance to walk to Amsterdam Centraal Station but can be accessed by a bus. Overall was ok.
