Our new second home!

After 14 trips to Amsterdam collectively between my partner & I, we finally found The Bunk Hotel and we plan to return every single time we go back to Amsterdam. It was cool & quirky, showcasing incedibly talented, local artists. Not to mention, the art behind building a modern hotel within a beautiful, old church that was just incredible in itself. The food's & drinks were delicious and always came out quickly - we are definitely going to pre-book breakfast for everyday we stay next time as it saves a little money. We weren't sure about doing it to start with as we weren't sure if we would like the food but it's honestly amazing and a lot of love goes into their food and customer care. Their interior design is so thoughtful, it would have been nice to have a recycling bin in the hotel room but there was some by the elevators so not far. Finally, onto the lovely team of staff! Every single person who we came into contact with was cool, friendly, caring & hospitable. We really appreciated their level of passion and care. There is currently building work happening opposite the hotel but this wasn't distressful at all and we couldn't hear it at all once in the hotel & is it course no negative reflection on BUNK. We have been back in our home country of England less than 24 hours and already looking forward to our return trip! A HUGE thank you again to the guys at BUNK hotel, for making our holiday even more special :-) - Hannah & Canna x

Nice & convenient

I stayed in a pod - it was fine. The place is clean & bed comfy. The staff are v interntional - Brazilian & Russian - everyone I dealt with was lovely. My only gripe is the push on glass doors - as can be seen from pull side! 😆 Allmodern Euro style

We stayed 2 nights only so didn't have time to check out around this place. I can say quiet in a way that it's away from the city hustle and bustle. However, it's not really quiet inside. You can hear noises from outside your room. Room is small for the price. I think it's very expensive,comparing to the neighboring countries we've been too. I can say Amsterdam is very expensive. The distance from the city is walkable if you still have much energy after walking all day. It's about 15 minutes walk from the boat depot. There's a bus but we didn't try.

Small rooms but spotlessly clean. Bed was really comfortable with really nice linen. The hotel had lots of different areas and the bar and restaurant were great. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again.

The whole property was so unique! Every turn made me smile with it's creativity. The epic room was perfect for me (solo traveller). Bed was super comfortable. While the stand up shower space was small, it had endless hot water with fantastic pressure. It was a great space to relax in after full days of walking and exploring. Staff at the front as well as in the restaurant were helpful and friendly. Thank you BUNK for an amazing stay!

I stayed in the shared room with pods, and for a dorm environment, it was awesome! They create a respectful, quiet, clean, and enjoyable space. The pods are comfy, the lockers are secure and were just large enough. The breakfast was awesome.

The hotel was beautiful! The staff were amazing. The restaurant was fantastic. The rooms were way too small and disappointing for the price. There were 2 of us and there was zero zoom for luggage. The sink was a soup bowl and it was very noisy at night. No coffee or breakfast offered. Luggage had to be stored in paid lockers.
