Very clean. Wonderfully functional for tourists spending time in city and not needing “big hotel” amenities; good for independent travelers. Heating great (visited at Christmas). Easy access to main attractions. Helpful staff.

This hotel is the perfect location. Central to many sightseeing/museums/restaurants. Paolo was very professional. We love our time there and would come back for sure! Just be ready for the stairs ! lol But it’s all part of the experience when you are in Amsterdam!

Nice and clean in a perfect location

Nice, clean, simple room with a beautiful location right on the canal. Everything was clean and comfortable. I stayed on one of the top floors and the stairs are very steep, so be warned if you are carrying your luggage. I also found the room to be cold at night.

Property is very pretty and walking distance from many beautiful places and good food. Just keep in mind there are is no elevator to go up to the rooms.

Lovely helpful staff. They lift the bags up to the room for you. Stairs are a bit too steep and narrow for some people, no lift. Close to everything, very convenient location.
