Great location in the heart of the Medina. We enjoyed the quiet and the breakfast at the roof top terrace. The beds were super clean and comfortable. The staff are friendly and attentive. The Riad is well decorated and feels safe. Some downsides are small bathrooms that become stuffy with use, stuffy rooms unless you use AC, lack of hangers to hang stuff, lack of variety at breakfast, and the light in the corridor which shines into the room at night.

Palais was an excellent Riad. The staff kept the properties very clean. The breakfast was excellent and the location was so nice. Highly recommend.

Hotel inside is immaculately kept, however the outside is in a bit of disrepair, uneven and crack tiles everywhere. Reported our aircon three times and nothing done. Seems to be a common issue. Drinks are questionable, only 4/5 cocktails along with Rum, gin or vodka that’s it. Issued in tiny plastic disposable cups, although multiple posters around saying there a sustainable hotel. Entertainment team work hard to get everyone involved, however the acts are in our opinion still more directed around a family resort. Food was amazingly authentic which was the highlight of the stay.
