Our stay at the hotel was great! The property was clean and well-maintained, and the staff were very attentive to all our needs. We noticed that some upgrades and expansions were being made to the building, but there was no noise or disruption during our stay. Having tea available in the lobby throughout the day was also a lovely touch that made our visit even more enjoyable.

Beautiful hotel in an excellent location. We booked the 2 bedroom suite which was incredible - very luxurious and spacious. Breakfast quite possibly the best we've experienced from a choice perspective, however have to agree with others that the service is lacking. Initially I thought it was down to it being so busy but unfortunately it was the same at quiet times. If you are happy to accept that you get your own coffee etc then it isn't an issue - however would expect better from a hotel of this standard. Pool area is fantastic, as is the indoor pool. We enjoyed both! Wonderful to have Menara Mall next door - useful for shopping and dinner choices. Very lively and fun in the evenings.

Extremely poor standard of food. Absolute shamble at breakfast. Embarrassingly horrendous service from management filtering through to all staff. No initiative. No pride and no customer service. Savoy was amazing, the property was very well maintained and the staff provided stellar customer service. It was in a prime location making traveling to our tours very easy. The daily breakfast was such a nice touch the options were endless and very tasty. I would definitely recommend Savoy for your upcoming stay in Marakesh. One area of opportunity, the pool closed very early! Extended pool hours is highly recommended.

This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had in Marrakech. From the very first night, there were constant pleasure noises and the smell of cannabis throughout the hotel. To make matters worse, I even found blood stains on the duvet completely unacceptable for any hotel, let alone one claiming to be 5 star. When I raised these issues, the manager pretended to help but instead offered me a room closer to the guest smoking cannabis. I’ve stayed at the Savoy before and it was never this bad, but the standards have dropped drastically. It now attracts the worst type of crowd, taking advantage of its 5 star label and pricing without delivering the experience. Save yourself the disappointment and choose elsewhere stick with renowned brands like Four Seasons or Fairmont, where quality and service are consistent.
