We had a very good time and the hotel is family friendly. The staff cannot fo enough for you. The acitivies were very good too. The only downfall is the food. Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner was more or less the same thing everyday

From the moment we arrived, the staff couldn’t have made us feel more welcome. The room was comfortable and spacious. A few minor maintenance issues but nothing that affected our enjoyment. The breakfast was varied and fresh and plenty of it. The pool was unheated as expected, but a refreshing relief from the heat of the city. The pool area is beautiful and a tranquil oasis from the busy medina.

We are three women in our 20s who stayed here for four nights. The staff was very very welcoming and respectful. They even served tea and pastries when we checked in and gave us an itinerary for Marrakesh. Although we had a lot of problems from check in to check out. We has problems with our shuttle to the hotel. The driver wasn‘t there and all of a sudden there were two drivers there at the airport. When we tried communicating with the hotel about it over the phone. They just hung up on us. Then when we checked in our room wasn‘t clean. For example the floor was very dirty and sticky. The drain in the shower was broken and we had hairs and stains on the bed sheets. We complained and the staff immediately apologised and said that we can change the room. The new room was fine although the toilet was shaking and felt like it would just fall over if you stand up too fast… And the lights and water weren‘t working for two hours one evening. The breakfast was just not what we imagined. It seemed unhygienic. There was a sick cat throwing up next to our table but the staff didn’t do anything about it. We never came for breakfast again after that morning. At Check Out therer were some mistakes with the bill and they almost overcharged us. So check your bill! Overall we felt safe because the reception is there 24/7 and they were very nice. MAYBE you can’t come to Marrakesh with european hygienic standards and expect the same as in spain and I don‘t mean it in a negative way

The hotel is very beautiful with absolutely stunning gardens – the grounds really make a big impression and create a wonderful atmosphere. The food is very good and the staff is polite and friendly. However, you need to be very careful with room location. Rooms not facing the garden are very noisy, which can significantly affect the stay. Communication by email is also quite poor – we never received replies to some of our emails, including one regarding flowers that were delivered to the hotel and were unfortunately of very poor quality. Overall, we have mixed feelings. On one hand, it is a wonderful and impressive hotel, especially because of the gardens. On the other hand, small issues like noise and lack of email communication negatively affect the overall experience. We would still recommend the hotel, but strongly advise choosing a garden-facing room and confirming important requests in advance.

I have recently stayed at this hotel in Marrekech so I will start with the slight negatives before moving onto the positives (of which there are many) On the first night I arrived because the clocks were going to change and I had a couple of appointments the next day I did request a wake up call in addition to my own alarm just as a backup and that wake up call never came. Fortunately my alarm did work because I had some calls on that day. The breakfast choice was mostly limited. I didn't find it a particular varied menu however they did do bacon and sausages over the weekend. I ate dinner at the hotel on 2 occasions and I enjoyed one of the meals but the other one less so but that is really down to personal choice. Also for the supper for what you get I found that the hotel prices were quite high however there are some restaurants nearby that offer a variety of menus including Moroccan, International, Asian etc and they are very reasonably priced. Now I am gonna move on to the positives - the room sizes are good, bed is comfortable with a good sized balcony. The swimming pool is really large compared to other hotels and it was never particularly busy the whole time I was there with sufficient sun beds. I visited the spa and had one of the best massages I have had in a long time by Khadija. I have to say I was very impressed by how friendly and helpful all the staff were.
