The hotel renovation is really nice, especially the lobby, but the most important thing - the Bed was rock hard, and the rooms weren't sound proof so if you're a light sleeper you won't have a restful stay. Me and my partner both woke up in the middle of the night and thought about how much our back hurts.

We had a wonderful stay at Palais Moulay Said & SPA. The hotel is beautiful, very clean, and perfectly located, close to everything. The staff were all incredibly helpful and polite, which made our stay even better. Breakfast was great every morning, with plenty of delicious options. The pool area is stunning, although the water was too cold to use during our December visit because of the chilly nights but it still looked amazing. Overall, it’s a lovely place to stay, and we really enjoyed our time there. Highly recommend!

The staff were so helpful and accommodating! The Riad itself is beautiful. Beds are hard not going to lie about that but some people like that. I loved the spread of breakfast in the morning. All of the food was delicious.

Just recently returned from this Riad it’s very beautiful inside and staff are very nice . The only down side was the lack of facilities in the room and how small rooms were , you could hardly swing a cat in them . Also If your looking for peace and quiet there is not the place and the noise tends to echo through the raid and we did have to speak with reception about it .

let me first start off saying this was one of the most beautiful hotels i have ever stayed in. Worthy of using some of your vacation pictures on. The room itself was simple. Huge issue with lighting. Lighting was so dim, we constantly used our mobile phone light for everything. insufficient electrical sockets. There were two, both used for dim lights. So no extras that you can use for charging your electronics. Noisy: anyone who walked passed the thin wooden door with gaps, you would feel they are speaking in your room. Every morning, staff would wake us up with their cleaning at 8am. They did not replenish the poor quality toilet paper regularly, having us to ask for it at front desk twice. There is a lot of staff floating around everywhere, but still getting requests attended to seemed to be a challenge. Cleaners left dirty shoe prints inside bathroom floor and shower. Staff was friendly, and hotel was beautiful. so if you can put up with other room related downfalls, then it is worth your business.

Staff friendly and welcoming. Room (for five, family) was great. Very clean. Very nice place. Pretty good breakfast. Overall, would definitely stay there again. It was cold so we didn't get to enjoy the pool more than just viewing it.

Such a lovely hotel! My friend and I had a great comfortable stay here. Staff are lovely. Simple rooms, beautiful surroundings. A gem hidden away. The pool is amazing. Breakfast always had a nice selection. Will stay here again.

We were blasted. The place is just amazing and the staff strives to help you in any way. Location is perfect, in the Medina, inside a Souk (the local markets). The only reason to not give a 5 stars is that there was a funky smell in out bathroom. I understand that the building is old and the entire city may have issues with sewage but it was a down. I believe they are aware of it and eventually this can be fixed. So when you arrive make sure that you check this in your room and if so, request another one. But in summary we loved the Riad.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! Absolutely disgusting experience. In the middle of the night, sewage started pouring up through our shower drain. The entire room filled with the stench. Staff took nearly five hours to deal with it, repeatedly telling us to “calm down,” and at one point even saying it wouldn’t be cleaned until 5 PM. The compensation they offered was insulting, and we were first promised a refund, then told that would “never” happen. After this nightmare, my friend became extremely sick and was later diagnosed with E. coli. Her doctor in the U.S. told her that contaminated water exposure was the most likely cause which was horrifying given what we had just gone through with sewage in our room. This hotel made us feel unsafe, dismissed, and genuinely put our health at risk. I wouldn’t wish this experience on anyone

All staff were very friendly in Palais Moulay and always willing to help us with things such as: carrying our heavy bags & suitcases. Breakfast had a good selection. The riad was very clean and pretty - everything was maintained very well in terms of cleanliness. Our favourite member of staff was Nazih! He would always stop by to have nice chats with us during breakfast, ask how our morning has been etc and he was always there if we needed anything. The only complaint I would have is there is no bidet, full length mirror or any shelves in the shower for toiletries.

The rooms were big and spacious, service of the staff is excellent, they really go out there way to ensure your having the best stay. Only thing I would say is that they have very bad smelling bathrooms but that is as a result of sewage not the hotels fault.
