Check-in *started* at 4:00. We stood in line in the lobby for an hour before being able to check in. Some people couldn't get into their room before 6:30. I was there with my teenage daughter. She was too young to go in the quiet adult pool so the only other option was to be in the family pool with a lot of splashing younger children. Not relaxing.
