The hotel is new so of course everything was in good condition, rooms clean and comfortable. Staff were lovely, especially the breakfast staff. Breakfast is the usual low quality buffet, served with disposable paper plates and wooden cutlery. A freshly fried or scrambled egg would make all the difference. Room finishes appear to us to be low quality. For example heat system blows hot air alternating with cold air, and instead of nice walk in showers as now are in most modern hotels, there are low bathtubs (too low to comfortably bathe) with combination shower above and annoying shower curtains.

The property is advertised as ‘pet friendly’, but charges over $80 per night for one pet. It is not reasonable. Would not come back for that reason.

We were on the 6 th floor…. Thought the motion/movement as an earthquake , only to find out it was the railway track behind hotel:-( for sleeping . Very SURPRISED intones disposable dishes/cutlery in the breakfast room… especially in the province of bc!!!

Right off the Highway. We had a short vacation just milling around in Chilliwack, didn't want to stay in downtown Chilliwack. This hotel was WONDERFUL, super clean, new, staff were super nice. Breakfast was really good!

We loved the staff here. Super welcoming and friendly. The room was very clean as well. Hot tub could've been hotter, but not a deal breaker. We would stay here again for sure!
