A magical place to disconnect Room without bathroom is a great deal, but I would pick one with a bathroom next time Overall would highly recommend this place

The hotel was excellent in every aspect you can think of. Customer Service was outstanding. The restaurant was awesome in providing everything we needed and housekeeping was also excellent and we highly recommend it. We will come back again because they treated us like family and not like customers 😃

Beautiful establishment, excellent location, spacious room with beautiful garden. Comfortable bed. Delicious food at restaurant . Highly recommend this hotel. The male front desk staff (night shift ) is friendly and helpful. The young female staff ( day shift ) forgot our request and didn’t send us tour info as promised. The bell staff were all efficient& helpful.

This place is so beautiful and the grounds, pool, and bedrooms were amazing! We stayed in the junior suite and it was so elegant, special and comfortable. The bed was amazing and the bed sheets felt wonderful

Quedamos encantados, todo estuvo super desde la habitación hasta la atención y áreas. Como sugerencia revisar las areas del spa, los saunas no estaban a temperatura como para hacer su función. Los alimentos estaban en buena porción, pero sentimos que falta sazón. Precios si consideramos que estan muy altos. Por todo lo demás, definitivamente regresaremos.

This property is truly wonderful. We felt welcomed from the moment we arrived. Although we arrived early, one of our rooms was ready, and we were promptly allowed to check in. The rooms were both clean and spacious. I would gladly stay here again and offer my highest recommendation. Breakfast at the restaurant was also exceptional.
