I had bugs and water problems in the first room. They moved me to a new room and it still had bugs in the room and in the bathroom. I’m not sure if it was because I had a room on the bottom floor but I hate bugs. Over all nice and safe hotel

The facility was amazing and stunning but the staff treated us horribly. You get treated much better if you fly in on a helicopter. I would rather have stayed in a lesser hotel with a friendly staff

Infinity pool, all bilingual staff, EXCELLENT bartending and food paired with a beautiful seeing. It is a gem. It is a resort, so if you are used to Guatemala prices, you may be in for a shock, but I think it was work every penny.
