The airport shuttle was complicated, and the sauna was not open until 4pm which was disappointing because that is a big part of why i booked the hotel. complimentary drink was nice and a bus comes around 5 minutes away to go into the city. staff was nice. room was very very nice.

There was a problem with hotel shuttle pick up. There was a nice kid in the valet booth that called the hotel for us because we didn’t have phone access. They wanted us to go up to level 2 and call ourselves. No elevators or escalators working (not the hotel’s fault). No phone at the info booth, that guy wasn’t willing to call for us, again not the hotels fault. Ended up taking a bus and dragging our luggage up and down several flights of stairs. Horrible! We get our room, twin beds, not a king as requested. Carpet is wet, probably a spill. Room never cooled down, spent the night sweating. Pillows and towels were nice. Beds were hard. Only stayed one night and my husband didn’t want to make a fuss about the bed situation. I was willing to request a change. The Hotel is in a weird/shady area. Tons of taxis and bolt cars lined up. I Got my free drinks (wine or beer) at the bar. The bartender was snobby until we give him a tip. Then he became friendly. Hotel seemed like it wanted to be upper scale, but fell short for us.

This hotel is very convenient for its proximity to Chopin Airport. The property is worth a stay in its own right. The rooms are luxurious and comfortable. The breakfast is excellent, and the hotel boasts a restaurant worthy of a destination in itself.

As my sister's flight was at 3am, we chose this hotel for the free shuttle service in spite of it not being very far from the airport. We were pleasantly surprised by the convenience and cleanliness in our room. The food in the Mirage was very good and decently priced. Highly recommended!

I stayed here last year when I was in Warsaw and decided to stay again for a couple of reasons. The first being the staff are always very polite and friendly with the hotel being always clean, and secondly the hotel is conveniently located next to the airport and they provide shuttle service. It's definitely a win-win situation.
