Get set to start clogging your mates' feeds with travels snaps of Woolgoolga (sorry, not sorry). lastminute.com.au has a small but fantastic selection of 6 hotels within 5 kilometres of downtown. That means less time running around and more time for fun!
The locality of Sapphire Beach is hard to go past if you're after hotel options. There's about 12 options, such as the Santa Fe Luxury Bed & Breakfast and Aqualuna Beach Resort. Also trendy with tourists is Korora, 17 kilometres from the centre. Here, the Smugglers on the Beach and Paradise Palms Resort are our best picks.
You might also like to check out the rooms at the Pacific Towers Beach Resort or the Pacific Marina Apartments. The Pacific Towers Beach Resort is 20 kilometres away from central Woolgoolga, and the Pacific Marina Apartments is 25 kilometres away. We'd also suggest the BreakFree Aanuka Beach Resort and the Novotel Coffs Harbour Pacific Bay Resort. The first is 19 kilometres from downtown, while the latter is 19 kilometres away.
Looking for more to do? Consider spending some time exploring the Guru Nanak Sikh Temple and Woolgoolga Creek Falls. You'll find them in Moonee Beach, 10 kilometres to the south of Woolgoolga. Moonee Beach accommodation options include the Emerald Views and Discovery Parks – Emerald Beach. 12 kilometres to the northeast of Woolgoolga you can also stay at Red Rock, home to the Reflections Holiday Parks Red Rock and Reflections Holiday Parks Corindi Beach. Corindi River Park and Red Rock Beach are up there with the most popular attractions to explore while in Red Rock.
After being squished into a cabin seat for hours, a nice warm bed at the Jetty Focus will be bliss! If it's chockers there, suss out the SCU Village. Both are just a short drive from Coffs Harbour Airport, which is 25 kilometres from the centre of town.
