The North Gregory is a well built proud old building that has aged gracefully. Now is the time to start commencing restoration works on this building to return it back to its former glory before it’s too late. It is on the verge of being ratty

Heritage building and grateful to have a room in the middle of a town festival. Nice location with festival events on the doorstep. Check-in was easy and parking close to reception. Food available and it looked tasty - though we joined friends elsewhere.
Room was a little tired but the beds were comfortable. For a one-night stay it was fine. Two of us shared a room with a queen and a single bed - enough room for a visit to Winton that was not intended to be spent in a hotel room.
Food was really great and convenient. Beds were very comfortable. Staff were also very friendly and polite. It was really handy having a laundry there too. Bit of a downer on having to park out the front on the road because of limited parking out the back.
Its a very small town with very few options, but the N. Gregory is comfortable, the food is good and its quiet. Don't wait to go order dinner though because the line gets LONG
Entertainment in the outdoor area late afternoon and during meals, made for a pleasant environment

Room 5 was a good size with QS bed, walk in shower, large window overlooking the rear beer garden.
(Most rooms have frosted glass doors only, to a balcony). Lift to upper floor.
Loved the original Art Deco features, but the building is tired and needs a refresh. No breakfast available but staff happily gave us bowls and spoons for the muesli and milk that we were carrying.
Carpark at rear was full, so parked o/n in the front street without issues.

We liked the location, the food services and the parking.
We felt that the radio music which started at about 9am and went all day was over the top
Our twin room was tiny and in need of refurbishment. The ceiling looked a little unstable and the shower cubicle was grubby and, ideally, should be replaced.

Always very clean & well presented
Service is always great
This historic hotel was a pleasure to stay in. The staff were friendly and efficient. There was so much to see within walking distance and the in house meals were delicious.
Historical downtown hotel. Rooms very dated but comfortable bed and clean.
Restarant understaffed. Had to queue in line for 30 mins to place dinner order then queue again for drinks.
Lovely retro hotel. Large room with very comfy bed. Furniture a little dirty and needing a clean. Only complaint was the terrible shower and no face washers provided. Fabulous food in the bistro, best steak sandwich I’ve ever had
We liked the art deco style of the hotel.
Our room was clean but tired - curtains not fixed properly to the rail, bathroom floor worn.
The beds were comfortable and the room was serviced daily.
Food in the restaurant was excellent.
Parking a bit difficult due to an Opal Festival closing the street.
We were looking forward to the artesian spa but the heater was broken.
