The room was clean and felt spacious, even with a cot in there. The staff were friendly upon arrival. Ate dinner in the hotel and it had a nice relaxed atmosphere, food was tasty and reasonably priced considering the hotels location to the airport.

Being able to enjoy them whenever we wished added a magical touch to our stay and made the experience feel truly unique. Overall, The Gainsborough Bath Spa exceeded all expectations. Thoughtful touches, outstanding service, and the rare luxury of natural thermal waters made this Christmas gift unforgettable.
