On the hunt for a hotel in Willisau Land? Unfortunately, they're as scant as the hair on your great uncle Alan's head. Just consider the drive some extra sightseeing!

The Wissifluhbahn and Pfarrkirche St. Maria Weggis are a couple more sights that are sure to offer up some choice photo ops. The Park Weggis and Hotels Alexander-Gerbi are a couple of places to stay in Weggis.

Totally over aeroplane food? Itching for a little privacy? Then you'd be bonkers not to grab a room at the Radisson Blu Hotel Zurich Airport or the Hilton Zurich Airport. Both are a stone's throw from Zurich Airport, 60 kilometres from Willisau Land's centre.

Excellent service, a beautiful old building and a great location. The room was clean and quiet, even on the lake view side, which is on a busy street. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The property is a 25 minute walk along the beautiful lake path or a short bus ride from the center. Breakfast was fresh and very nice, especially the special poached egg dish. One suggestion I would make is better lighting in the rooms. There is a ceiling chandelier but bright, jarring bare bulb fixtures by each bed. Those need a lampshade or something more directional. There was also no lights near the bathroom mirrors so shaving and makeup, etc. are difficult. Also the bathroom had a window with only a sheer curtain so for privacy you have to pull down the exterior metal shade, which blocks natural light into the room. If the lighting conditions don’t bother you, this is a great place. Would stay again.
