Convenient and on budget. 10-15” walk to City Center. The staff was warm, welcoming, and helpful at all times. Make sure to request your Guest Card to use for free bus travel throughout Lucerne. The bus picks up right outside of the hotel. Breakfast was simple and well prepared. The grocery store next door is also helpful for inexpensive snacks and drinks for your room. Don’t miss The Golden Tour with Pilates-Bahnen. Go early to avoid crowds. We enjoyed the designated swimming area Ufschötti just a 10 minute walk from the hotel. Long summer nights made the lake swims all the better. Last, the walking tour through Alstadt (Old Town) was a fun way to get to know the city. Enjoy Lucerne. We sure did.

A cheap option compared to other locations arond Luzerne. I arrived early at the hotel, and the hotel allow us to either check in early or leave our luggage with them. Both options require extra payment. The room is quite small but it was ok for me. The toilet an the shower cubicle is separated which I dont mind. However, I find it weird that the door to shower cubible is transparent. Its a bit weird as others in the room can see me showering especially if I'm traveling friends/family.

This was a rather affordable place to stay, which is ideally located to the city center and had all the amenities necessary for a family, including parking secured behind a gate for a reasonable price. I would stay here again with my family.

Your reception clerk Alexander made my stay enjoyable. He was very helpful and Kind. The type of person I would love to have in my business. The hotel was fine except it needs more wall hooks for hanging garments.

For a budget traveller, spot on place, compact but clean, well maintained place. very nice and polite staff. It is 2 min walk from the bus stand. has Denner departmental store right below. Nice locality. Will recommend.

The hotel is clean and staff are very helpful. We need to catch our flight in the morning of our last day and asked the hotel staff if we can pack breakfast and the staff is very happy to allow us to pack breakfast and we are very happy with that.

Value for money, no frills hotel. The staffs were friendly and helpful. Easy to get to Luzern old town with a direct bus just in front of the hotel. The shower areas was a small capsule with translucent door and strips of areas with clear glass.

Me, my husband, and his brother stayed in a 3 person room (bunk over the bed). Three adults and we all slept comfortably. Place was clean and the layout was thoughtfully designed. There was enough space for a couple large suitcases to be and we could shove backpacks under the bed. His brother has been to a bunch of budget hotels around Europe and thought this was one of the nicer ones. It had a bathroom in the room with a door for the toilet and a privacy curtain to block off the shower area, which is apparently not always the case for budget hotels. Location is near a delicious bakery and easy walking distance to downtown. A nice place to visit Lucerne on a budget!

The staff was freindly. The location is ok. Had to take the bus to go to old town. The hotel supplied free bus tickets. The hotel is very basic. Only soap in room was the body wash in the shower. No ice available at all. No airconditioning. If they did, it wasnt working.

The shower smelled like pee and the bedsheets smelled like they were not dried well and had a damp smell. On top of that, the breakfast buffet we paid for, was so expensive for what was included.
