I will never stay anywhere else in Mobile but here!! Exceptional rooms and service

The room was comfy, especially the bed. Lighting in the room itself was plentiful but it could have used at least one bright light in the main room. The bathroom was spacious and the shower worked well with good pressure and responsive temp. Both the shampoo and conditioner containers had shampoo in them though. Staff were friendly enough. The only other negative was that there was a fast food bag near the elevator for our entire stay that Housekeeping never disposed of….

Clean staff was nice

It was fresh but same thing served each Morning. Would’ve like something different each day. No room service had to put trash and towels outside the door and still didn’t get new ones had to ask to get them and was told they only had a few.
