We stayed once on Friday, June 20th, and again on June 24th. On the 20th, when we arrived, we were informed that the only elevator in the building was out of order, and the only available rooms were on the third floor. My partner has had knee replacements, and managing the stairs was difficult. No discount, no refunds, nothing. We were promised a first floor room for Tuesday, the 24th. On our Tuesday arrival, we were given a first floor room, but the A/C wasn't working properly. The room was muggy. Not inclined to stay here again.

Dirty and smelly.

Our room was filthy and was the worst smelling hotel room I have ever stayed in. There was an intensely strong odor of mildew and general funk. The room was dirty. I couldn’t wait to shower and get out. Also, they have complementary breakfast but didn’t even have milk to go with the cereal. I would not recommend. One of the worst hotels I have stayed at.

Broken Elevator

The hotel stay was ok because we had to stay in a queen room when we ordered a king room due to the elevator being broken the whole stay.

This hotel was great, my family and I stayed for a baseball tournament, the pool was big, the room was clean, the breakfast was fantastic, and the staff was super friendly!

Everything we needed was there. The front desk was accommodating and let us have the early check-in we asked for. (Wedding was at 4pm) being greeted by a smiling face full of positivity makes a long day on the road sooo much better!
