The rooms smelled.

A problem with the bathroon sink drain was repair quicky.

Need hot food bar in the morning, Need Irons in the rooms,upgrades needed for the price you pay. The STAFF was very helpful and accommodating. The rooms were clean. Overall I would stay here anytime I could afford it. I give 7☆. Little upgrades and it's perfect. Thank you Fab & Azther for you help!!

Nice place for a one-night stay. Very quiet and convenient. Staff was very kind, and the room was clean and comfortable.

Room was cleaned prior to my arrival. Trash was not emptied. Bed was not made.

We arrived at the normal check in time. After getting to our room we discovered that the room we were given was not the room that we booked through hotels.com. We were then informed that hotels sent it over incorrectly. After talking to hotels.com we discovered that it was. The hotel over booked rooms. Key is we were NOT the only family affected like this. There were 3 other families in the lobby with me with the same issue. The hotel did not agree to a partial refund for the inconvenience which is crazy to me. I’m not sure how a hotel over books on one of the busiest weekends all other hotels were booked so we had no other option but to stay but no other accommodations were given but just a suggestion to not book through 3rd party apps.
