My husband and I booked a handicap accessible suite. When we arrived we were informed that their elevator was broken so we couldn't access our room. He wasn't going to offer another room until we asked and instead of charging us the room difference rate, which was a double bed room, not a suite, we found out that he charged us the same price as the store. When we called to have this fixed we were met with refusal. The "roll in shower " was covered in black mold, tiles were broken and jagged, the shower chair was dirty and disgusting. When we asked for accommodation we were met with sarvastic commemts. Even when my husband went to ask for ice one night, the manager replied " oh sorry no ice. It on the second floor." So my husbands response was " I know. And you've completely inconvenienced us so you are going to go get it for me." If we keep having horribke experiences, we will not use expedia or anyone associated with it.
