Not Clean

The bed had stains on the sheets from not being changed. The carpet was sticky. It wasn’t a clean environment at all. The staff was very friendly

The people who worked there were very helpful and kind. But the carpet in the room and feel of the hotel are old, used and musty. The room smelled weird, I think both from the age of the carpet, as well as another smell that seemed like it was supposed to be covering the original smell up. There was an old gross stain on the side of the mattress you could see. Honestly, it just felt kind of dingy and gross in the room, and like most of the what was in the room needed to be replaced, especially the carpet. We chose to stay with family instead of staying the second night there.

I checked in early morning probably midnight. I was greeted by Shawn… who apparently was having a bad day. So I was greeted with “of course a last min check in” after I interrupted his whatever he handed me my keys. When I get to the 4th floor and find out neither key works I return to the lobby- to which as I’m walking towards him I hear “of course he has a problem with his room” (apparently he doesn’t know the difference between internal monologue and external) to which I (don’t know why but felt the need apologized too him!!!) and explained my keys were not working.. he explained how it was my fault for holding near my phone battery or a magnet.. whatever happened to treating a customer with a smile and a welcome? With the exception of housekeeping which were pleasant and very nice this was a miserable experience

Extremely Disappointed

The personnel were rude and unfriendly. The room was hot and stinky. The bed cover had black stuff on it. The breakfast had eggs, no meat, gravy, no biscuits or toast. There was no one tending the breakfast bar. I have always relied on the ratings in the Hotels.com app, but this one was way off.

The linen in the bed had makeup stains. I requested fresh linen and was given linen with a bunch of oil or grease stains. The white guy at the counter was very rude when we arrived to check in. He acted like we were not suppose to stay at the hotel. The breakfast was horrible. The eggs were watery and had no taste

No too bad for the price

The room was clean but it was noisy. You could hear people in the hall and outside even though we were not on the bottom floor. The toilet was loose and the sink drained very very slow.

It's a run down hotel, and staff is just as bad. Careful at breakfast, the guy running the dining room emptied trash, then he was touching food without washing his hands or wearing gloves. GROSS!!
