Great stay! Clean and comfortable! Front desk was friendly also. Only complaint is that the website said sofa in the king room and it turned out to be a big chair, so we had to get an air mattress for our daughter to sleep on. Will definitely stay again.

The evening staff for check in and in the morning for check out were great people. Full of attention, and recognized me as a friend. The breakfast area was kept clean and in order, The food was great and the person in charge was wonderful. I will continue to come back there when visiting Carrollton.

The cinnamon rolls aren’t what they used to be. Something is different about them. Thicker for one thing. The first morning they were hard, but the next morning, we found some soft ones. They used to be better. But the staff and property were great.

Cleaning could have been better

The room looked mostly clean. There was a receipt for a car rental from the previous guest. Also a box of Lance's crackers. This person also left behind a hearing aid charger. Maybe this person was in a rush to check out on time, but whoever cleaned the room afterwards should have picked up those items. That didn't give me a good first impression. I also told the employees at the front desk that the toilet flapper did not seal correctly, so I had to jiggle the toilet handle every time I flushed to stop the toilet from continually running. Otherwise, the room was nice and comfortable.
